I highly recommend this company! They helped me after I had a terrible experience with a large heating and cooling company. Thank you so much, Shannon! I look forward to working with you in the future.

I learned the hard way that bigger does not always mean better. A big-box company sold me an HVAC system that was larger than my home required ( on purpose) , resulting in extremely high indoor humidity. I now know how important it is to get multiple estimates and consult with this company before ever choosing one of the large HVAC companies in the area.

This company operates with integrity and genuinely cares about its customers. You’ll be in excellent hands!

There are two great reasons you should hire Cumberland Cooling; the first is if you're having HVAC issues. The second is if you want to see firsthand how to operate a great business, because Cumberland sets the standard. This team is not only incredibly skilled but also superbly easy to work with; my technician DJ took the time to carefully diagnose and explain every step. Scheduling via Chelsea was also easy and efficient. The work was completed quickly and effectively and I can't say enough good things.

They are exceptionally professional, friendly, courteous, and trust-worthy. John was extremely clear and transparent about what was wrong with the system, what work he was going to do on it, and why -- and how much it would cost. I don't know much about HVAC systems, so finding technicians I trust was my top priority.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Cumberland Cooling. Very knowledgeable service techs. Friendly. On time. I have used other air conditioning company's and had to have them come back again. And feeling they didn't know what they were doing. But Cumberland has always responded quickly and it has been done correctly.

Cumberland Cooling was outstanding. After another company came out twice and misdiagnosed the problem, Cumberland Cooling quickly identified the issue and clearly explained our options. There was no pressure at all, just honest advice and time for us to make the best decision for our situation.

We ended up installing a new mini-split system, and the entire experience was excellent. Their communication was exceptional, they responded promptly, and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend Cumberland Cooling for their expertise, professionalism, and customer service.
