Residential HVAC Service Technician
We are currently hiring experienced HVAC service technicians to join our East Nashville team.
This role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work while representing Cumberland Cooling with professionalism and care in every home you enter.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $25-35 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose HVAC system issues accurately
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and solutions
- Complete service agreements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in every home
- Represent Cumberland Cooling's standard of quality and care
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with residential and light commercial systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable
